Cardigan, St Dogmaels Farmers Market & Fishguard

This morning, we begin our day in St Dogmaels, home to a vibrant farmers’ market every Tuesday featuring local produce such as honey, cheese, wood crafts, and pottery, all sourced within 30 miles. While here, you might explore the historic Abbey or relax at the Coach House Café.

Next, we visit Cardigan, a charming town steeped in history and centred around its Norman castle. Stroll along the pretty high street with its vintage shops and cafés or explore the Cardigan Guildhall Indoor Market, packed with unique finds.

In the afternoon, we head to Fishguard, a picturesque coastal town with charming cottages, a peaceful harbour, and the fascinating Last Invasion Tapestry, which depicts the 1797 landing of Bonaparte’s troops near the town.

Tenby

Today, we enjoy a full-day visit to the picturesque seaside town of Tenby, renowned for its charming colourful houses, stunning beaches, and rich history. Wander through the cobbled streets lined with local shops, and explore the bustling harbour at the heart of the town. Dive into the past at the Tenby Museum and Art Gallery, Wales’ oldest independent museum, or step back in time with a visit to the 16th-century Tudor Merchant’s House.

St. Davids & Pembroke

Travel through the lively town of Haverfordwest and arrive at St. Davids, Britain’s smallest cathedral city, home to a wealth of historic landmarks, including the stunning cathedral and the ruins of The Bishop’s Palace.

In the afternoon, we head to Pembroke, a charming town dominated by its impressive castle. With its fortified walls and fine Georgian houses, Pembroke boasts over 900 years of history and is famous for being the birthplace of Henry VII, founder of the Tudor dynasty. Explore the historic streets that lead from the castle gates, offering plenty to discover.
