The Market Square, one of Europe’s largest medieval squares, is a must-see and is renowned for its beauty. The square’s centerpiece is the Gothic-style Cloth Hall, which divides the square.

After the tour, enjoy free time to explore at your leisure. You might consider a visit to Wawel Hill, where the Royal Cathedral, one of Poland’s most significant landmarks and the final resting place of over 40 Polish kings, awaits.

Morskie Oko Lake

Today, our optional excursion takes us to Morskie Oko Lake, the largest and one of the most stunning lakes in the Polish Tatras.

Accompanied by our guide, we begin with a scenic drive through breathtaking mountain landscapes to Palenica Bialczanska. From there, we enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride through the picturesque area to Polana Wlosienica.

Afterward, we continue on foot for about a mile to reach Morskie Oko Lake, where you’ll have plenty of free time to explore at your own pace.

Auschwitz

Today, we visit Auschwitz, the most infamous and deadly of the concentration camps in German-occupied Poland. During our visit, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of the tragic history from 1940 to liberation.

Auschwitz, the largest of the Nazi concentration camps, is preserved to ensure that the atrocities committed here are never forgotten. This experience is deeply emotional and poignant.

Wieliczka Salt Mines

Join our optional excursion to Wieliczka, home to Europe’s oldest salt mine. The mine is a fascinating underground world of salt lakes, galleries, and chambers, carved over generations by miners. You’ll discover an impressive subterranean landscape, with halls, chapels, and sculptures all hewn from salt rock.

Our journey begins at the Danilowicz Shaft, where we meet our guide. We then descend 380 steps, reaching 64 meters below ground. As we explore the mine’s magnificent chambers, the guide will share the rich history and secrets of this remarkable site.

At the end of the tour, we return to the surface via the miners’ lift.
