Local departure by coach, then to our overnight hotel in northern France.

Day 2

Continuing south, we travel into Switzerland and arrive at our hotel for six nights in Hergiswil in time for dinner.

Enjoy an included visit to the picturesque city of Lucerne, with its medieval frescoed buildings, charming streets, and iconic landmarks like the Chapel Bridge and Water Tower. Explore the city’s many attractions at your leisure, including the quaint Old Town.

Day 4

Engelberg

Relax in your scenic resort, surrounded by stunning mountain views, with shops, cafés, and lovely gardens to enjoy.

Alternatively, join our optional excursion to Engelberg, where you can explore the town and take the revolving Titlis Cable Car to the snowy peaks of Mount Titlis (additional cost, payable locally).

Swiss Hidden Gems

Embark on a fantastic excursion through ‘William Tell Country’, visiting the William Tell monument and exploring the charming villages of Brunnen and Meiringen, all while taking in the stunning scenery.

Day 6

Brienz, Interlaken and Grindelwald

Enjoy a full day exploring the picturesque towns of Brienz, famous for its woodcarvings, and Interlaken, with its stunning mountain views and serene Japanese garden.

We’ll then travel by train to Grindelwald, a charming resort town offering scenic walks and traditional Swiss architecture.

Mountain Magic

Relax and enjoy a scenic day exploring Switzerland’s breathtaking mountain peaks and passes. Our comfortable coach will take you through stunning landscapes, with stops in Andermatt and along beautiful mountain passes.

Day 8

It is time to leave Switzerland, as we head back northwards into France for our final overnight stay.

Day 9

Return home.

Seehotel Pilatus

The Seehotel Pilatus is located on the shores of Lake Lucerne, offering stunning mountain views. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities including a large indoor pool, hot tub, free Wi-Fi, and a fitness centre with cardiovascular equipment. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, radios, and large windows, with some rooms featuring furnished balconies overlooking the lake.
