Our first stop is the imposing Bodmin Jail, where a guided tour reveals the dark history of Georgian and Victorian crime and punishment, along with eerie stories of the Beast of Bodmin.

Next, we journey across Bodmin Moor to the famous Jamaica Inn, a historic smugglers’ haunt made famous by Daphne du Maurier’s novel. Here, we’ll explore the fascinating Smuggling Museum, browse the gift shop, and perhaps sample some local Cornish produce.

Our final stop is the charming fishing village of Port Isaac, renowned for its picturesque streets and as the filming location of Doc Martin. Take a leisurely stroll and soak up the timeless atmosphere of this coastal gem.

Next, we visit the historic market town of Penzance, known for its pirate legends – at least the musical kind! Explore its bustling port and the Wharfside Shopping Centre, offering a mix of popular brands and local shops.

We’ll finish the day with a visit to Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm, where you can sample the flavours of a traditional cider brewery and enjoy a delicious Cornish scone cream tea.
