Depart locally by coach or with our Home Connect service before boarding the ferry to the Isle of Man. Upon arrival, we continue to our hotel for a four-night stay.

Manx Electric and Mountain Railways

We take a ride on the historic Manx Electric Railway, which still operates with original Victorian and Edwardian carriages. Built between 1893 and 1899, this scenic line connects Douglas with Laxey and Ramsey.

At Laxey, we transfer to the Snaefell Mountain Railway for a journey to the summit. Standing 621 metres above sea level, Snaefell offers stunning panoramic views, and on a clear day, you can see England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, and even the “kingdoms of heaven.”

Day at leisure or Peel

Enjoy a relaxing day at leisure in the resort or opt for our optional excursion to Peel, a town steeped in the island’s Celtic, Viking, and maritime heritage. Discover the world-famous Manx Kippers, indulge in some of the island’s finest ice cream, or explore the impressive ruins of Peel Castle—the choice is yours!

Isle of Man Steam Railway and South Coast

Today, we embark on a nostalgic journey aboard the Isle of Man Steam Railway, Britain’s longest narrow-gauge steam line. With original locomotives and carriages, this scenic trip takes us through picturesque countryside to the charming coastal town of Port Erin.

Next, we enjoy the stunning views of Cregneash before returning via the quaint towns of Port St. Mary and historic Castletown.
