Plymouth, Harbour Cruise and Cream Tea

Enjoy an excursion to maritime Plymouth, where we explore the historic Barbican and embark on a delightful harbour cruise. Departing from the iconic Mayflower Steps, this relaxing and informative journey offers stunning views of Plymouth Hoe, Drake’s Island, and the scenic Mount Edgcumbe.

Back on land, we head to Princetown for a well-deserved treat— a delicious cream tea awaits! As a beloved regional dish of Devon, there are many customs for enjoying a Devonshire cream tea, but no matter how or when you have it, it’s an absolute must in Devon!

Day of Leisure, or Teignmouth and Dawlish

Enjoy a relaxing day at leisure in the seaside town of Torquay. The harbour, attractions, and shops are just a short stroll away, or you could follow the Agatha Christie Mile, a walking trail that takes you to locations linked to the famous crime novelist.

Alternatively, join our optional excursion to Teignmouth and Dawlish. Teignmouth is a charming Georgian town set against the stunning Dartmoor Hills, with a beautiful sandy beach, a historic pier, and a vibrant town center offering plenty to explore.

Next, we head to Dawlish, renowned for its Black Swans that grace the Dawlish Warren nature reserve. The town centre features a lovely selection of local shops, a long, sweeping beach, and classic seaside attractions.

Torbay Scenic Drive

Today, we embark on a scenic coastal drive around the stunning Torbay, where each charming resort boasts its own unique character and appeal.

Torbay sits at the heart of the English Riviera, a 22-mile stretch of breathtaking coastline, known for its rocky coves, warm weather, and seaside resorts. Along the way, we’ll pass through Babbacombe and Paignton, before reaching the picturesque fishing town of Brixham.
